CEO & Founder, Sandi Drucker Wright
Sandi has spent over 20-years building brands through high-impact partnerships. She has an innate ability to identify and leverage mutually beneficial relationships. Sandi is in her fourteenth year as Director of the Tamer Center for Social Enterprise at Columbia Business School, which educates leaders to positively impact both business and society. Her experience includes being involved in the early days of what has become a global nonprofit, Autism Speaks, and she is currently Treasurer of the Suzanne Wright Foundation, the driving force behind HARPA. Prior to this work, Sandi held executive-level marketing and business development positions at leading media, e-commerce, and fashion companies.
Blythe Bracey Smith
Blythe led development efforts at Tipping Point Community (San Francisco, CA) where she worked closely with the Founder + CEO and Board members to develop and execute aggressive fundraising growth ($450K to $20M over a period of six years). Blythe launched the organization’s first-ever Leadership Council, working to create a meaningful experience for this important subset of supporters while expanding membership from 5 to 20 during her tenure. Prior to Tipping Point, Blythe ran a $13M capital campaign for the Katherine Delmar Burke School, an all-girls’ independent school in San Francisco. Outside of these in-house development posts, Blythe continues to work as a fundraising consultant in California, Connecticut and New York.
Blythe holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and lives in Southport, CT with her husband, three children and two dogs.
